“Da Bigât”’s specialities are
an ode to the culinary traditions of our area: the exquisite,
crunchy “farinata”; the succulent stockfish
in a delicious sauce; the tripe; the sauerkrauts with
pork sausage and, in winter, local style chick peas (cisrò),
rich tasty minestrone soup, “tajarin e fasò”
and many other dishes strictly linked to the ancient local
culinary tradition.
